Licenses

Rover LLC possesses the following licenses for subsoil exploitation:

License KEM 00587 TE from April, 6, 1999 for surface mining on Scheglovskiy site of Glushinskiy coal deposit;

License KEM 15272 TE from December, 12, 2011 for coal mining on Severny site of Glushinskiy coal deposit;

License KEM 15421 TE from October, 10, 2012 for coal mining in open-pit mine Glushinskiy of Glushinskiy coal deposit;

License KEM 15317 TE from February, 8, 2012 for coal mining on Volkovskiy site of Glushinskiy coal deposit;

License KEM 15302 TE from January, 20, 2012 for coal mining on Komarovskiy site of Zmeinskiy coal deposit;

License KEM 15422 TE from October, 10, 2012 for surface mining on Latyshevskiy site of Kedrovsko-Krokhalevskiy coal deposit.

All the sites, except Komarovsky site, are located in Kemerovo region near the city of Beryozovskiy, 40 km from Kemerovo.

Coal-bearing strata on these sites consists of coal seams. Their number varies from 3 to 6 on one site.

Total on-balance coal reserves at all the sites comprise 120 mln tons by January 1, 2016.

The following kinds of coal can be found at the sites:

KzH – fat coking coal
K- koking coal
KO –lean koking
KC – weakly caking coking coal
CC – weakly caking coal
D – long flaming coal
G – gas coal

Rover LLC LLC possesses the following licenses for:

operation of explosive manufacturing objects No. VP-63-001399(U) from July, 8, 2009 (mining works, mineral processing works and underground works);

mine-surveying works No. 30-PM-000294 (U) from May, 29, 2009 (stope and underground facilities measurement and parameter definition, mine allotments observation, graphic documentation management, recording and justification of mining works volume, defining danger areas);

cargo-handling operations with hazardous railway cargos, PRD Type No. 0406010.
